Our Photo of the Month March 2018 Winner:

My name is Obinna Ezealor, I’m from Nigeria. I started my violin journey in 2004. My passion for Classical music and the violin grew that in some cases I see myself in my dreams playing in a large concert hall with other musician. I started teaching myself until 2011 when I got admission into the university. I attended a church that supports classical music and then my pastor gifted me my first violin. and then I’ll practice and practice. I’ve always wished to study violin performance either in Europe or America as it has been my dream and I’m still working alot to make it a reality.its always been my wish to also seat and play in an orchestra. Ive never had a real live teacher that taught me the VIOLIN, i was mostly self taught.

Meet Daphny, she is our winner of the “Photo of the Month February 2018” competition.

Daphny is 18 years old and started playing at 16. She chose the violin because it is an expressive Instrument that can really touch your soul. She really likes the challenge of learning a harder Instrument at a later age, even without a Teacher. We are happy to share her great story and wish her all the best.
