Henriette de Vrijers - founder of Pro-Am Strings

I have tried all your videos. What next step can I take?

The choice is yours! You will find that you will get the most out of the videos if you carry on practising the exercises for a longer period of time. You may wish to come back to some or all of the ideas in the videos over time, as you learn new repertoire.

You may also book a Skype lesson to find out how the techniques that you have learned from the videos can be adapted to your particular playing style. You may write about how the videos have enhanced your playing on the Forum page and share your experience with other campus members.

Alternatively, you can join us on one of our away days, either on your own or with your friends or members of your band or orchestra.

I wish to book a Skype lesson but I don’t want to become a member. Is this possible?

Yes this is certainly possible, just email us outlining your requirements and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes. However, you may get more out of the experience if you become a subscriber and check out what our videos can offer first.

A group of string players in our local orchestra would like some help with sections of a technically demanding piece of music that we are learning. How can Pro-Am Strings help?

Just email us with your requirements and Pro-Am Strings will be happy to help if possible. Pro-Am Strings may organise an Away Day for your group and you may find that sorting out the technical requirements of the music can be fun and relaxing at the same time.
